Steve Brookshire

Steven Brookshire is a Bay Area real estate professional originally from Pittsburg, CA, with deep roots in the industry and a strong foundation in business and finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Mary’s College of California and was drawn to real estate through early exposure to construction and property investment. After first practicing real estate from 2006 to 2012, Steven returned to the industry in 2025 with renewed energy, modern insight, and a client-first approach built on experience and integrity.

Specializing in residential real estate, Steven also brings valuable experience in probate and investment properties. Known as a thoughtful negotiator and problem solver rather than a traditional salesperson, he focuses on clear communication, realistic expectations, and strong advocacy for his clients’ best interests. Throughout his career, he has successfully negotiated fix-and-flip and investment deals, earned repeat business and referrals, and guided clients through complex transactions with confidence and care.

Steven believes real estate should never feel high-pressure—his goal is for every client to feel supported, informed, and genuinely represented long after the transaction is complete. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, camping at local lakes, traveling with his wife, riding wave runners with his children and grandchildren, and fishing along the coast.
