Shannon Hooshmand

Hi! I'm Shannon, a Bay Area Native and Realtor from San Jose and Danville. My early educational path in business and marketing led me to real estate, where I've been making my mark for the past six years. I'm fluent in English and conversational in Farsi, reflecting the diversity of the communities I serve.

My real estate journey started unexpectedly while managing a restaurant. Recognizing my potential, the restaurant owners, who also ran a brokerage, encouraged me to join the industry. Since then, I've specialized in residential and luxury properties, particularly for our local heroes. Notably, I've achieved record sales, including the highest price per square foot for a condo in San Francisco in 2019, and topped the charts in Alamo Creek in 2022. I'm also the new go-to agent for Kron4 News and Live in the Bay!

I believe in honesty, transparency, and strong communication, and I'm known for being adaptable, patient, and understanding. Outside of work, my life revolves around my daughter Roya, family, and developing skin care products with my mom.
