Shahed Matin is a Bay Area real estate professional with a strong entrepreneurial background and a passion for helping clients navigate important financial decisions with confidence. Fluent in both English and Farsi, Shahed attended San Francisco State University before pursuing entrepreneurship full time, where he developed extensive real-world experience in sales, negotiations, customer relations, and business operations. His path into real estate was a natural progression, combining his passion for business, relationship building, and creating long-term value for clients.

Specializing in residential and luxury real estate, Shahed brings a business-minded and client-focused approach to every transaction. Before entering real estate, he successfully built a powder coating business from the ground up into a company generating approximately three-quarters of a million dollars in annual revenue, and later became a partner in an automotive dealership where he managed sales, marketing, financing, negotiations, and daily operations. These experiences helped shape his strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and commitment to delivering exceptional service with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail.

Shahed believes real estate is about more than just transactions, it’s about building trust, creating relationships, and helping clients confidently achieve their goals. Known for being highly responsive, approachable, and solution-oriented, he takes pride in providing a personalized experience tailored to each client’s needs. Outside of real estate, Shahed enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, golfing, traveling, cooking, and staying active through fitness.
