Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ruth began her professional journey in the beauty industry after attending Diablo Valley College and earning her esthetician license. Her transition into real estate came during the COVID pandemic, when she decided to pursue a long-term career centered around helping people, creating stability for her family, and guiding others through major life decisions with care and integrity.

Specializing in residential real estate, Ruth is known for her calm presence, strategic mindset, and strong attention to detail. Her passion for real estate is deeply personal — after witnessing her family lose their home during the 2008 housing crash without proper guidance or support, she became committed to being the kind of advocate she wished her family had during that difficult time. Ruth prides herself on helping clients navigate competitive situations through thoughtful negotiation and strategic planning, often finding creative ways to protect her clients financially while keeping them competitive in the market.
