Patti Coleman

Highly dedicated, passionate, and goal-driven, Patti is a spearheading Nursing professional and committed Herbalist whose underlying missions are to raise the cannabis industry bar and improve life quality. She has an extensive background within the cannabis industry and has cultivated the fundamental leadership skills that have surfaced advancing wellness prosperity and industry growth for the last two decades.

Prior to her medical cannabis efforts, Patti earned an Associate’s degree in Nursing, California State License in Pharmacy, and studied at the Berkeley Psychic Institute to teach meditation.

Patti began working at C.A.R.E. in 1999, Oakland's first licensed medical dispensary. She was initially integrated into the team due to her prevalent history in Pharmacy.

During her time there, she introduced better processes, product development procedures, and organizational concepts that contributed to exponential profits and promoted a more evolved medical atmosphere.

Since then, she has become a member of the American Cannabis Nurses Association, a member of the International Nurses Association, and has infused her energy into the new cannabis regulations in California. Patti has also personally acquired two retail cannabis storefronts and successfully closed two large acquisitions with notable brands, including Acreage Holdings & Cookies, Inc.

Overall, nothing makes Patti happier than being able to provide society with the most advanced, vetted, and quality assured care and the experiences that they deserve. She has a true ardency for her career, values integrity and trust, and demonstrates her devotion through her professional, qualified, and compassionate services that have left lasting marks in the cannabis industry as a whole.

With years of working in the cannabis industry, not only handling product procedures, but the purchasing and selling of commercial properties, the interest and transition into real estate was forthcoming in order for her to expand her skill set. Now a licensed realtor in California, Patti is excited for this new chapter in her career and is thrilled to provide the same quality care she has done for so many in the medical and cannabis industries to her future real estate clients.
