Maria earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from San Francisco State University and began her career as a mental health specialist in Oakland for an Asian Community Non-Profit. In 2005, she transitioned into real estate, where she discovered her true calling—guiding clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives with care, integrity, and purpose. Inspired by her heart for service and grounded in her faith, Maria approaches every client relationship with compassion and dedication.
Specializing in residential real estate, Maria is known for her honesty, strong ethics, and client-first mindset. During the challenging 2008 housing market, she became a short sale specialist, helping homeowners navigate difficult financial situations with transparency and support while working closely with lenders.
