Juan loves everything interesting, provided it can hold his interest, from dance, art, fashion, barbering, business to real estate. He has always created the opportunity for him to follow the things that he loves.

A graduate of San Francisco State University, Juan started his Alameda-based barbershop to fulfill the need in his life to control his work schedule and to help others feel confident in their skin. He believes that a haircut can change the way a person feels and how they perceive themselves. This influx in confidence can change a person’s direction in life. To be able to afford someone these feelings and to create such a positive impact on another person’s life was where he developed a passion to help and support others in their pursuit of cool and happiness.

After nine years of building his business, Juan sought more opportunities for him to grow as both a person and as a professional. In came his venture into the real estate industry. The same confidence and happiness that he can provide to others through barbering transferred over into a different sector.

With an extended customer service history and a resounding ability to connect with people, Juan has paved a pathway for others to join in on his pursuit of cool and happiness. He only has a straightforward message, “Take it easy, my friends.”
