Josh Yu

Joshua Yu is a Bay Area real estate professional originally from San Francisco who brings a relationship-focused and service-driven approach to his work. Fluent in English and Cantonese, Joshua graduated as valedictorian from Cornerstone Christian School and earned an Associate of Arts in Natural Sciences from Diablo Valley College. His background also includes a two-year youth leadership internship with Cornerstone, along with years of experience in the restaurant industry. Drawn to real estate by his love of connecting with people and a longtime interest in the industry, Joshua found an opportunity to turn those strengths into a career centered around helping others achieve homeownership.

Specializing in residential real estate and buyer representation, Joshua has developed particular experience working with first-time homebuyers. He takes pride in using market research, comparable sales, and thoughtful negotiation to help his clients make informed decisions and secure favorable terms. His customer service philosophy is rooted in treating every client as he would a friend or family member, taking the time to understand their perspective and adapting his approach to their individual needs. Having grown up surrounded by diverse communities, Joshua is comfortable connecting with people from all walks of life and strives to make the buying process approachable, comfortable, and positive.

Outside of real estate, Joshua enjoys playing basketball, board and card games, shopping, and exploring new restaurants as an avid foodie.
