During the early stages of your career the most valuable things you can be investing your time into are education and experience.
Most of what you'll learn about the business is when you're actually doing real estate related work. But, what happens if you don't have those opportunities to get hands-on with tasks, clients, and projects?
That's where our Evolution Program comes into play. We pair you directly with an experienced agent where you'll shadow and learn directly from them until you are ready to go off on your own.
We want to ensure that you are set up for success and are given the proper tools, ideas, education, and resources to build a successful career and help you evolve from a mentee to a mentor.

ACCOUNTABILITY
WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO BE DOING?
You'll be receiving practical experience working on different client projects.
From writing and reviewing agreements, writing offers, coordinating with vendors, assisting in any and all client-facing activities, and all the things that you will be doing on your own as an agent.
The only difference is that when you go on your own, you'll be ready and confident knowing that you have the capacity and abilities to create a successful transaction and an outstanding experience for your clients.
