Born in Mexico and raised in the Bay Area, David Mizrraim Arce Cervantes brings faith, dedication, and a heart for helping others to his work in real estate. After graduating from Pittsburg High School in 2021 and attending community college, David discovered his true calling—guiding families through one of life’s most meaningful milestones: homeownership. As the first in his family to build his own business, he’s driven by a deep desire to serve his community, empower others with knowledge, and create opportunities for the next generation.

David specializes in residential real estate, helping clients understand every step of the process with patience, honesty, and care. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he bridges communication gaps and builds trust through empathy and active listening. His approach to service is guided by faith—putting people first, turning their goals into his own, and helping them overcome challenges with positivity and perseverance. For David, real estate isn’t just about transactions—it’s about relationships, growth, and gratitude.

Outside of real estate, David enjoys working out, traveling, and serving in his church community, Legendary Church / Palabra de Dios Community Church. He values the Bay Area’s welcoming spirit and takes pride in being part of a diverse community that celebrates faith, family, and connection.
