IT IS A SELLER'S MARKET! Low inventory of homes for sale across the city is causing a high influx in demand for buyers looking to purchase a home.

Because lenders are very strict in qualifying potential buyers, the quality of offers that are coming in for homes on the market are often well over the asking price and come with no contingencies.
