Fluent in English and with a keen understanding of Tagalog, my journey began with a bachelor's degree in nursing from Samuel Merritt/Saint Mary's. Though I ventured into grad school for an MBA/MSN, I found my true calling in real estate, a path I embarked upon in 2018 alongside my best friend. Tragically, after his passing in 2019, I became a Realtor in 2021, honoring our shared dream.

In my two years in real estate, I've specialized in residential properties, achieving remarkable feats such as selling homes in less than 12 days and closing million-dollar deals in record time. My approach is educational and data-driven, ensuring my clients are well-informed and confident. Whether it's securing a home 65k over asking or negotiating a significant interest rate reduction, I thrive on making the impossible possible.

This mindset and my ability to build strong relationships have led to remarkable success stories, like helping a client secure a rare below-market-rate home in Dublin using a combination of grants and vouchers.

Outside of my professional life, I'm a devoted dog owner who enjoys home remodeling, spending time with my niece and nephew, and contributing to my local community through church-based initiatives and feeding the homeless.
