Blessing Okere

Blessing Okere is a real estate professional who brings creativity, organization, and a genuine passion for helping people find their version of home. Born in Oklahoma and raised primarily in Chicago, Blessing holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Criminology, Law and Justice. She entered the real estate industry in 2020 as a Transaction and Operations Manager, applying her corporate administrative experience to the fast-paced world of real estate before becoming a licensed agent in 2021. Fluent in English and conversational Igbo, Blessing has built her career around thoughtful guidance, strong relationships, and highly personalized service.

Specializing in residential sellers and first-time buyers, Blessing takes a strategic, one-on-one approach to every transaction. She listens closely to both what her clients say and what they may not say, tailoring her strategy to their individual needs, priorities, and timelines. Known as the “calm in the storm,” Blessing combines empathy with market knowledge to help clients navigate stressful decisions with confidence. Her accomplishments include repositioning a home that had previously sat on the market for more than 55 days and securing a sale in just seven days for $10,000 over asking, as well as closing a $1.8 million Monterey Victorian with an adjoining triplex for an estate trustee. She has also helped several single mothers achieve homeownership and create places of their own to call home.

Blessing’s philosophy is simple: she is there to guide, not convince. She leads with integrity, honesty, humor, and the belief that a successful transaction should result in a lasting relationship—not simply a closing. Outside of real estate, Blessing enjoys sewing and creating costumes, practicing Pilates, and preparing herself for the challenge of a HYROX event. She is also a Chapter Leader with Helping One Woman – Discovery Bay and an active member of Fellowship Church, participating in food drives, holiday outreach, and other community efforts. For Blessing, serving her community and serving her clients come from the same place: showing up for people when they need it most.
